Data sharing

Your personal data is never sold or passed on to third parties except in the following cases:

  • Apimo, a property management platform (CRM, lead management, listing creation). Apimo is headquartered in France.
  • PriceHubble AG, a property valuation tool. Only data relating to your property is passed on to PriceHubble for the purpose of obtaining a valuation of your property. PriceHubble is headquartered in Switzerland.
  • Infomaniak Network SA, an IT company that hosts the website and is headquartered in Switzerland.
  • Our estate agent partners, subject to your consent.
  • The relevant authorities where required by law.

International data transfers

Information submitted and collected via our forms is processed in France by Apimo and by PriceHubble AG in Switzerland. Some of our technical service providers, such as Meta and Google, are based in the United States. Any data transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and by the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention period

  • Data collected via a form: 3 years
  • Advertising cookie data: varies depending on the provider but generally between 3 and 12 months
  • Analytics cookie data: 14 months
